For a while Giancarlo’s main focus was general fitness clients. During his time at Victory, Giancarlo discovered his passion for corrective exercise. This led him to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist under National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He then took on clients with more specific needs such as older adults, post rehab patients, and athletes. Giancarlo is part of the Restore program at Victory, with his main focus being ACL injury prevention and post rehab training.
Giancarlo still continues to workout regularly and competes in powerlifting and mud runs. He is currently studying to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
