This is our most cost effective way to get quality performance training. Our sessions are 60 mins long with an average of 6-8 athletes per session. All athletes start with an initial sports assessment at Victory to establish their baseline of muscle weakness and tightness. Then the Performance Coach trains each athlete based on their own customized program in each session. Athletes are matched with similar goals and ability levels to train together. Large Group Performance training allows each athlete to work in a competitive atmosphere while taking advantage of the encouragement of peers.
You do not have to call ahead or reserve times. Times and days for Large Group Performance Training are pre-established. We do provide make up sessions to accommodate for sick or vacation time.
