Are you looking for a great workout in an hour or less? Then this is the place for you.

We understand that life is busy. That’s why we compile a circuit workout designed to give you a rigorous cardiovascular and total body resistance workout. These workouts are different every visit. They are planned and supervised by our fitness experts, and include a proper warm up and cool down.

If you’re looking for a great workout for before work or during your lunch break, be sure to stop in and join us.

  • 6AM – 7AM Red Eye – Monday / Wednesday / Friday
  • 5PM – 6PM After Work – Monday / Tuesday / Thursday
  • 12:15P – 12:45P – Down and Dirty – Monday thru Friday
